Common application questions.
What is the difference between 3K twill and spread tow appearance?
3K twill has the classic small diagonal carbon texture. Spread tow has a flatter, larger checker appearance such as 8x8mm or 10x10mm.
Can decorative CFRP panels also be structural?
They can contribute to structure, but laminate design should be validated separately because decorative appearance alone does not define mechanical performance.
